Each review names the configuration and file basis so a later submittal check can follow the same reasoning.

A compact, reproducible method

Calculations remain useful only when assumptions stay attached to the result. We keep the handoff in four numbered records.

  1. 01 · Define the installed condition. Record ceiling system, mounting height, task plane, ambient exposure and access limits.
  2. 02 · Set performance boundaries. State illuminance, uniformity, CRI, CCT, UGR, power factor and controls expectations.
  3. 03 · Test a candidate. Run the matching IES or LDT file with documented geometry and surface reflectances; compare maintained results, not initial lumens alone.
  4. 04 · Release the schedule. Confirm optic, output, driver interface, emergency requirement and exact file revision before quotation.
